Terms of Service

By booking services with Infinity Cleaning Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Service Area & Scope

  • Our services are provided within our designated service areas. Any requests outside these areas may incur additional travel charges.
  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking. If the actual scope differs significantly, additional charges may apply.

2. Room Size & Measurement for Carpet Cleaning

  • The maximum room size for carpet cleaning is 200 square feet.
  • Larger rooms will be counted and charged as additional rooms.
  • Hallways, stairs, and walk-in closets are priced separately unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

3. Tile & Grout Cleaning – Furniture Handling

  • For tile and grout cleaning, we will move standard furniture and replace it to its original position after cleaning.
  • Extremely heavy, oversized, built-in, or delicate items (e.g., pianos, large bookshelves, fragile antiques) will not be moved.
  • Customers are responsible for securing or removing breakable and valuable items before service.

4. Dry Times

  • Carpet Cleaning: Average dry time is 6–12 hours, depending on humidity, airflow, and carpet thickness.
  • Upholstery Cleaning: Average dry time is 4–6 hours, depending on fabric type and ventilation.
  • Tile Cleaning: Floors are typically dry within 1–3 hours.
  • Customers are advised to maintain airflow (open windows or use fans) to speed up drying.

5. SMS Alerts

  • Customers may opt-in to receive SMS alerts for appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates regarding services.
  • Standard messaging rates may apply.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services.
  • We accept [insert payment methods]. Returned payments may incur an additional fee.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a service fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

8. Customer Preparation

  • Customers should vacuum carpets and clear the cleaning area of personal belongings, toys, or fragile items prior to our arrival.
  • Any pre-treatment or spot-cleaning agents used by the customer should be disclosed to our team to avoid chemical reactions.

9. Liability & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed, or deterioration caused by normal wear and tear.
  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to furniture or items that were not removed or protected by the customer.
  • Some stains may reappear after cleaning due to wicking; we offer one complimentary re-cleaning of the affected area within 7 days of service.

10. Termination / Right to Refuse Service

  • Infinity Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if we determine that conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for cleaning.
  • In such cases, partial payment may be required for any work completed up to that point.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will work to address the concern.
